The New Haven Fire Department sent out two of their boats and they also brought in a drone for the search.
Because of the tide and current, North Haven officials were called in to help with the search and sent a boat out as well.
The search was suspended on Thursday night and resumed on Friday morning.
No additional information was immediately available.
