It’s been an eventful couple of years for Dream Theater.

During October of 2023, original drummer Mike Portnoy rejoined the Grammy Award-winning progressive rock band after 13 years away. Then, in February, the quintet released “Parasomnia,” its first studio album in four years and first with Portnoy since 2009. and in addition to being on the road for most of the year, Dream theater recently published “Parasomnia — The Graphic Album,” a companion book that features visual interpretations of the set’s eight songs.
