ROME, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) -- New York State Police are asking for the public's help in locating a Canandaigua woman who may be in the City of Rome.
Police are searching for 37-year-old Caitlyn Hand, who was recently released from the Oneida County Jail on Sunday, September 14. She was arrested last week after a high-speed chase in the town of Vienna, in which she took state police on a chase down Interstate 81.
Hand is described as approximately five feet, seven inches tall and approximately 110 pounds.
According to New York State Police, Hand was recently seen by law enforcement shortly after her release, walking in the direction of the City of Rome. At the time, police say she was wearing a blue shirt, light beige pants, and white sneakers while carrying a black cross-body purse.
