LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

Love was in the air on the first day of Louder Than Life this year.

A couple, who traveled all the way from New Jersey, got engaged in the middle of a mosh pit during Friday's festival.

Rob Randle made a sign asking for other concertgoers to form a mosh pit so he could get down on one knee and pop the question.

And, of course, she said yes!

The future Mr. and Mrs. Randle said they came to Louder Than Life to share more than just their love for music.

"I wanted her to experience her first festival and one of the most memorable ways possible. So we drove 800 miles to get here, and we shared our moment. That is absolutely amazing," Randle said.
