BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Seven people were arrested on suspicion of selling drugs from illegal dispensaries in Bakersfield, with some citizens reporting drugs were sold to high school-aged children, according to police.

Narcotics detectives with the Bakersfield Police Department and agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration received several complaints from the public over the past month regarding illegal dispensaries in the city, according to officials.

Some of the complaints included mentions of dispensaries allegedly selling vape pens, mushroom and THC edibles to teens, BPD said.

BPD and DEA conducted joint operations and served search warrants at the following locations:
