ROCK HILL, S.C. — A former member of the Carolina Panthers was arrested last week while trying to park his car in a Rock Hill apartment complex, despite police saying he wasn't allowed to do so.
An incident report from the Rock Hill Police Department said it happened on Friday, September 12, at a complex along South Cherry Road. The department said an off-duty officer was at the complex because there was a high school football game ongoing at the nearby District Three stadium, and that the complex manager had said there were issues with nonresidents parking there during games. An officer was present to redirect people to overflow parking nearby.
