YORK, Pa. (WHTM) -- The two law enforcement officers hospitalized after Wednesday's shooting in York County are now in satisfactory condition.
A WellSpan Health spokesperson provided the update Friday afternoon.
One officer was previously in critical condition as of Thursday.
The two officers have not yet been identified by name, though York County District Attorney Tim Barker said one is a Northern York County Regional Police Department detective and the other is a York County deputy sheriff.
They were among five officers shot in what was described as an "ambush" in North Codorus Township. Three NYCRPD officers -- Det. Sgt. Cody Becker, Det. Mark Baker, and Det. Isaiah Emenheiser -- were killed.
