An Ohio high school has canceled its football season following claims of sexual assault, hazing, and stalking.

The institution, Ursuline High School, is another notable high school to abandon the 2025 football campaign, but for very different reasons.

Ursuline is facing two separate lawsuits, which have resulted in the suspension of its head coach and two assistants being sent on leave.

One suit alleges that a former player for the school was hazed, physically and sexually assaulted, and had also been subjected to the creation of child pornography during a football camp earlier this year. The claims note that the player was recorded while a teammate “humped” him against his will.
