100 Years Ago, 1925: A victim of amnesia, a well-dressed and refined young man was picked up wandering the streets, this morning, by Patrolman East. He was taken to city hall where questioning failed to lead to his identification. Finally a small slip of paper with the name of his employer was found to be the only thing his wallet contained and the initials in his hat proved the key to his identification. The young man was Harry Murtaugh, a small stock salesman employed by a Philadelphia meat packing concern. The manager of the plant informed the police that he has been missing from his home since Wednesday. He was treated at the Chester Hospital and his relatives notified. He lives at 1718 N. 62nd St., Philadelphia.
