TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Saturday morning, a suicide prevention and mental health awareness rally was held.
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday a suicide prevention and mental health awareness rally was held by Choose 2 Stay to remind people they are loved, and help is available.
People driving past the Five Points parking lot were treated to uplifting signs, telling them they are loved and letting them know that they matter.
“I’m hoping that we can get as many people to see the word, the truth that you are valued and you are loved,” Sophie Dring, the organizer for the rally and Choose 2 stay said.
Dring said she organized the rally after she lost someone close to suicide.
