Dozens of new and ongoing road and bridge construction efforts are on tap this week across Michigan.

More than 100 road projects and special events will begin between Sunday, Sept. 21, and Saturday, Sept. 27, resulting in various levels of closures on the state’s primary roads, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT).
