Police have launched a probe after a 'fake' social media account was allegedly set-up in someone else's name to send 'indecent messages'.
West Midlands Police say the content of the messages were of an 'incredibly serious nature', causing the victim 'serious concern', and it is treating the incident as malicious communications.
A spokesperson said that a teenage girl from Walsall has attended a police station for a voluntary interview and its investigation is continuing.
