As expected, Las Vegas Aces star A'ja Wilson has been named the 2025 WNBA MVP.

Wilson is the first player in league history to win four MVP awards — and her victory this season means Minnesota's Napheesa Collier has finished runner-up in the MVP vote two years in a row.

It's the third consecutive year Collier has finished top five in the MVP vote, having finished fourth in 2023.

Collier led the Lynx with 22.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.5 blocks per game. She was second in the league in points, 11th in rebounds, fifth in steals and fifth in blocks per game.

Wilson led the league in points (23.4 per game) and was second in rebounding (10.2), while equaling Collier in steals per game (1.6) and leading the WNBA in blocks per game (2.3).
