OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) - The Owensboro Police Department says they have a person of interest in a gun discharge incident in custody.

Officers were called to the 4000 block of Mt. Vernon Drive just before 11 p.m. Saturday.

A caller said they found multiple bullet holes in their home.

After an investigation, 21-year-old Trevor Aull was named as a person of interest.

Kentucky State Police stopped Aull while he was driving, and OPD arrested him a short time later.

Police say Aull did not cooperate with detectives, and at this time is only facing charges related to the traffic stop.

The investigation continues into the bullet holes in the home.

Aull is currently in the Daviess County Jail, charged with:

Trafficking in Marijuana over 5 lbs, 1st offense (enhancement)

Using Restricted ammo
