WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - An early morning shooting in south-central Wichita left a 62-year-old man seriously injured.
Police say the man walked into Fire Station #2 around 8:40 a.m. with a gunshot wound to the leg. He was taken to a hospital with serious injuries but is expected to survive.
Officers located the suspect, a 43-year-old man, as he tried to flee on a bicycle. He was taken into custody without incident.
Police say the two men were arguing over property when the shooting happened in the 1300 block of S. Topeka St.
