Toronto Blue Jays rehabbing slugger Anthony Santander wrapped up the triple-A season in Buffalo with a quiet day at the plate on Sunday.

The switch-hitter hit second while serving as the designated hitter during the Bisons’ 2-1 loss to the New York Yankees’ top affiliate in their final regular-season game.

After a pair of groundouts, he finished 0-for-2 with two walks, taking all four plate appearances from the left side.

He concluded a nine-game rehab stint, going 7-for-32 with two doubles and two homers.

The 30-year-old took reps in left field during two games earlier in the week, but has made most of his appearances as the DH. He was given a day off Friday after suiting up for seven contests in eight days.
