(WJW) -- The dry spell has officially ended at 16 days! As of 5 p.m., 0.08″ of rain was officially recorded in Cleveland.

Scattered rain showers, downpours, and storms fired up on Sunday evening. This was the first decent chance of rain for Northeast Ohio in more than two weeks.

The storm threat will come to an end shortly after sunset with the loss of daytime heating.

Scattered rain showers and a few downpours will continue Sunday night. Sunday night will be warm and muggy, with overnight lows in the lower to mid 60s.
