WESTERLO, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- A Saratoga County woman was arrested in Westerlo on Sunday, according to the Albany County Sheriff's Office. Deputies said, Mariah Wilson, 25, faces burglary and Petit Larceny charges.
According to the sheriff's office, deputies were called to a house in Westerlo for reports of an active burglary around 12:26 p.m. An investigation determined Wilson entered the home, stole some items and was on her way out when confronted by the homeowner.
The homeowner then called 911 and the responding deputies arrested Wilson without incident. She was later charged with second degree burglary and Petit Larceny.
Wilson was arraigned in the Town of Westerlo Court. She was then remanded to the Albany County Correctional Facility.
