WILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- A Lake George man is accused of selling fake LABUBU plush toys in a store at the Wilton Mall. According to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office, Steven Solimanto, 75, is accused of knowingly selling the fake toys with the intent to deceive customers.

On Friday, around 3:58 p.m., the Sheriff's Office responded to the Casual Girl store in the Wilton Mall for a trademark counterfeiting complaint. Deputies said Solimanto is accused of selling the fake toys "to deceive or defraud another person or with intent to evade a lawful restriction on the sale, resale, offering for sale or distribution of goods."

According to deputies, the alleged fake dolls were valued over $1,000.

He was charged with trademark counterfeiting in the second degree, a class E felony.
