A Killeen man is facing four first-degree felony charges after three males accused him of using an AR-style rifle to rob them of their phones, which he then sold.

On Wednesday, a Bell County grand jury indicted Elvae Lawrence Brazell, 25, on three charges of aggravated robbery and one charge of aggravated sexual assault. Brazell was booked into the Bell County Jail on July 12, and was being held on Thursday with bonds totaling $1.1 million.

The four felony charges date back to June 1, when Killeen police were dispatched to a residence on Caprock Drive. There, officers met with two men and a 14-year-old boy.
