STREETSBORO, Ohio (WJW) – Streetsboro police said the local schools are safe after a report of a man with a long gun.

The FOX 8 I-Team reported a city employee spotted a man who appeared to be carrying a long gun around 6 a.m. walking on State Route 303 near Kirby Lane.

Law enforcement spent the next several hours searching the area with drones.

Patrol officers did not find anyone in the area.
