A hiker had to be carried off a Scottish hillside after sustaining a leg injury near Loch Lomond .
Emergency services were alerted to assist the injured walker shortly after 6pm on Saturday, September 20.
The incident occurred on Beinn a Choin above Inversnaid.

A spokesperson said: "A local team member was first on scene and able to start assessment and start to administer pain relief whilst the main hill party followed behind.
"Following further treatment, the casualty was initially transferred by stretcher then in a team Landrover back to the car park before being taken to hospital by ambulance."
