From Cuba to uniforms in Central NY: Merchant moves into old Peter Harris store

DeWitt, NY - Local small business owner Abel Ramirez-Gonzalez became a U.S. citizen in 2017 after fleeing Cuba and seeking asylum for religious persecution.

Since then, the 29-year-old father of three has become an entrepreneur, buying an existing business and expanding.
