MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Whitehaven Community Office of Memphis Light, Gas and Water will temporarily close Friday for remodeling.

Renovations at the Whitehaven Community Office, located along 1111 E. Shelby Dr., will start on September 29, 2025, and the office is expected to reopen in late January 2026.

During the closure, customers can schedule appointments with credit counselors at other MLGW community offices through the utility's website.

Alternative locations include the Downtown Community Office at 245 South Main Street, which offers the most availability, the Millington Community Office at 5131 Navy Road, and the South Community Office at 2935 Lamar Avenue.
