CAMPTI, La. (KALB) - Firefighters and deputies responded to a structure fire in Campti on Monday morning, according to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office.

NPSO said the fire broke out at an abandoned mobile home near the intersections of Hwy 71, 84 and 9 around 4:07 a.m.

When responding units arrived, they found the mobile home completely engulfed in flames. It was determined that the structure was in the process of being torn down.

Crews made sure the fire did not spread to the nearby property. No injuries were reported.
