ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The NYSDOT announced that I-490 East between Exit 2 in Bergen and Exit 3 in Churchville will be closed Monday, September 22, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

The closure is to accommodate electrical work by National Grid.

It is recommended that drivers use State Route 33A West to State Route 33 East to State Route 36 South to return to I-490 East.

Expect delays.
