CORINTH, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Corinth man was arrested on Friday for allegedly neglecting two dogs. Michael Schilling, 36, was charged with overdriving, torturing, and injuring animals with failure to provide proper sustenance.

Schilling was arrested following a complaint the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office got on September 13. He is accused of not only failing to provide proper sustenance for two dogs, but also keeping them in unsanitary conditions.

The defendant was released with an appearance ticket for Corinth Town Court. The animals were seized and taken to the Saratoga County Animal Shelter.
