Rep. Elise Stefanik is preparing to part ways with her Washington, DC, residence as she weighs a potential 2026 campaign for governor of New York.

The Capitol Hill townhouse, a three-bedroom home built in 1927, is listed for $2.19 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Stefanik, a Republican, and relatives purchased the property in 2010 for about $1.2 million, four years before she became the youngest woman ever elected to Congress at age 30. 14

“I haven’t really made that decision,” she said of her future in the District. “I’ve gotta make the governor decision first.”

Currently, she does not plan to buy another DC property once this one sells.
