(FOX40.COM) — The Sacramento County District Attorney's Office announced felony charges for the man accused of shooting at least three bullets into the building of a local news station last week.

Thien Ho said Anibal Hernandez Santana, 64, will be charged with felony violations for discharging a firearm into an inhabited dwelling and assault with a semi-automatic firearm "along with a personal use of a firearm allegation."

Hernandez Santana is accused of firing rounds into the ABC10 building on Friday.

He was arrested Saturday morning, then was released after posting a $200,000 bail, Sacramento police said.

He was then arrested a few hours later by the FBI on federal charges, according to his attorney, Mark Reichel.
