BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — Nucleon Energy won a recommendation to serve as the consultant for the research on advanced nuclear energy in North Dakota. The recommendation comes from the Advanced Nuclear Energy Committee after a marathon interim session.

Nucleon's pitch focused on utilizing nuclear energy in conjunction with traditional power sources. The company presented the committee with their experience conducting studies, selling communities on the advantages of nuclear energy, and their expertise in the permitting process.
