Kim Kardashian is keeping up with her core strength.

The Kardashians star, who’s been open about her fitness goals over the years, revealed the new techniques she’s incorporated into her workout routine.

“I’m a big weightlifter, so I do lots of weights,” Kim, 44, told Vogue in an interview published on Sept. 22. “I’ve had some back issues, so I’ve had to readjust some of my workouts. But I have to do lower body in order to stay toned.”

“I do a few days of upper body,” she continued. “I usually pick a body part, and we stick to that for the day. I do an hour and a half a day, with weights and stretching, and a little bit of cardio. ”
