After a quiet stretch in the Atlantic, Gabrielle formed over the past week, and now the National Hurricane Center is watching two areas for the tropical development over the next week or so.
The first area has a 40% chance of developing into a tropical system over the next few days. It’s too early to tell whether the US may see any impacts, but we should monitor it over the next week or so.
