LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Kentucky and Indiana are moving forward with the search for a new toll service provider for the RiverLink tolling system.

The goal – to improve customer service and overall system performance.

The current toll service provider, Electronic Transaction Consultants, will continue operations during a multi-year transition process which is expected to run through July 2028.

The Joint Board for the Louisville-Southern Indiana Ohio River Bridges Project approved the change order and resolution on Monday, outlining terms for a negotiated transition.
