MILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A West Islip man has been arrested after allegedly engaging in inappropriate communications with a child in Saratoga County, according to New York State Police. Michael Negrillo, 30, faces several charges.

In April, State Police troopers received a report that an adult man was having inappropriate communications with a child under the age of 17 while the victim was in Saratoga County. A subsequent investigation found that Negrillo had been communicating with the child on social media, sending the child indecent material of himself and receiving indecent material of the child, police said.
