GALWAY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Galway man has been arrested after allegedly damaging another person's car with a hammer, possessing illegal weapons and leading a police chase, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office. James Hoegemann, 27, faces several felony charges.
At about 7:20 a.m. on Sunday, Sheriff's deputies responded to Crooked Street in Galway following a report of a domestic incident. An investigation found that Hoegemann had allegedly kicked and smashed the windshield of another person's car with a hammer, causing more than $250 in damage.
