BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A power outage impacting over 4,00 PG&E customers was reported reported in Bakersfield Monday morning. The outage was reported just after 7:30 a.m. and is in neighborhoods surrounding South Union Avenue and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd., according to the PG&E website. The outage's estimated restoration time is 1:15 p.m.
