A man facing charges in the viral downtown Cincinnati brawl from the summer appeared in court on Monday morning.

Patrick Rosemond is being held on a $500,000 bond and facing a felonious assault charge from the brawl on July 26. Advertisement

Rosemond was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia, and was held in jail there before being extradited to Hamilton County.

Rosemond is accused of punching a woman and knocking her unconscious during the fight that Cincinnati police say started as a verbal altercation and turned violent.

On Monday, a judge heard a motion to lower Rosemond’s bond from $500,000 but decided to keep it as is.

If Rosemond does post bond, he would be required to wear an electronic monitoring device.
