PEORIA ( 25News Now ) - Average gas prices in Peoria have fallen almost a cent per gallon over the last week, averaging at $3.32 on Monday, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 148 stations in the city.

Prices in Peoria are 1.4 cents higher than a month ago, but stand 10.4 cents lower than this time last year. On Sunday, the cheapest gas price in Peoria was $3.19 while the most expensive was $3.49, a difference of 30 cents per gallon.

The national average price of gas has risen 2.2 cents in the last week, averaging $3.14 on Monday. The national average is unchanged from a month ago and stands 1.8 cents lower than a year ago, according to GasBuddy data compiled from more than 11 million weekly price reports covering over 150,000 gas stations across the country.
