NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A new report has revealed some of the deadliest stretches of road in the state of Tennessee.
The report, from an injury law firm , analyzed data from the Fatality Analysis Reporting System, focusing on fatal crashes in Tennessee from 2019 to 2023 to find the deadliest stretches of roads.
“Tennessee’s road network includes everything from major interstates to rural highways that cut through hills and farmland,” the report stated. “These roads serve millions of drivers every year, such as commuters, freight trucks, tourists, and local residents. But some stretches stand out for a different reason: a consistently high number of fatal crashes.”
