DORSET, VT (NEWS10) -- Two horses have gone from rags to riches in the best way possible. Stuart and Ulysses were rescued by the Dorset Equine Rescue in Dorset, Vermont, and they are now taking up residence with a very famous face.

Dorset Equine Rescue is a non-profit organization on a small, 5-acre farm. They have helped rescue over 500 horses since being founded in 2012. 10-year-old Stuart and 3-year-old Ulysses are two of the horses rescued from an ongoing animal cruelty case.

"It's pretty cool seeing them, you know, the state that they often come in here and then what they turn into and they're pretty beautiful, magnificent creatures and deserve the best. So, it's cool to be a part of." said Tiffany Vittum, Barn Manager at Dorset Equine Rescue.
