Cass County Commission hears testimony by Applied Digital requesting approval for expanding county roads near the proposed data center.

FARGO — A spokesperson for Applied Digital spoke at a special Cass County Commission meeting to get approval for proposed changes to expand some county roads near the site for the proposed datacenter.

With the approved expansion, there will be the addition of bypass, right turn lanes, and two access

approaches on Cass Highway 22 at the intersection of 45th St N, and on Cass County Highway 81 approximately 2,100 feet north of 64th Ave N.

Applied Digital is set to cover all design, construction, and inspection costs of the proposed initial improvements, and the county would have to pay for maintenance and upkeep.
