The Cowboys were held to a mere 97 yards in the game. Grimsley coach Darryl Brown said on Monday that “Faizon is doing well but will not play this Friday” when asked about the star quarterback’s injury status relating to a thumb injury that has caused him to miss the Whirlies’ last three games.
