A water main has burst along a busy Cambridgeshire village road. The water main burst along London Road at the junction of Broad in Yaxley , near Peterborough .
As a result, residents in the area may be experiencing “very low water pressure”, as stated on the Anglian Water website. Anglian Water is at the site to fix the main, and it estimates this will be fixed by 4pm today (Tuesday, September 23).
An Anglian Water spokesperson said: "We’re really sorry that some customers in Yaxley are experiencing low water pressures today. This is due to a burst water main on London Road, which our teams are working hard to fix as soon as possible.
