Woman in critical condition after hit

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A woman is in critical condition after a hit-and-run in Hartford on Sunday, police said.

Authorities said they responded to the hit-and-run on the 70 block of Main Street. Officers at the scene found a woman suffering from serious injuries.

The pedestrian was taken to an area hospital, where she was listed in critical condition.

Police are investigating the hit-and-run .
