Residents in the Lehigh Valley should prepare for a warm day with scattered thunderstorms and a marginal risk of severe weather Tuesday afternoon and evening.
A warm front will push temperatures into the 80s, with a chance of damaging straight-line wind gusts primarily near and northwest of the Interstate 95 corridor.
The National Weather Service forecast includes a marginal risk (1 on a scale of 1-5) for severe thunderstorms across most areas near I-95 and both northwest and south of Interstate 80 in eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
