One location in Upstate New York was among the 50 in the state with the fastest-rising home values during the 12 months that ended in August, according to a recent list from Stacker.

Tuxedo Park, located in the Poughkeepsie-Newburgh-Middletown metro area, was 21st in the state for fastest-rising home values in that time period, according to Stacker .
