Thirteen of 19 towns in Onondaga County now have an average home sale price of more than $300,000.

The only places that are still under the $300,000 average are Elbridge, Fabius, Geddes, LaFayette, Salina, Van Buren and the city of Syracuse. That is according to data from Central New York Information Service Inc., a part of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors .
