CANTERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) -- LIFE STAR was called to a person suffering a potentially serious leg injury from a chainsaw in Canterbury, fire officials said.
According to fire officials, around 5 p.m. on Monday, emergency officials were called to the area of Lisbon Road for reports of a leg injury from a chainsaw.
First responders called LIFE STAR due to the leg injury being potentially serious, according to fire officials.
The person was flown to a Rhode Island hospital for treatment, fire officials said.
