PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man is in critical condition after a shooting in Philadelphia's Frankford section.

Police say it happened at 12:15 a.m. on Tuesday along the 4600 block of Torresdale Avenue.

That's where officers say they found a 42-year-old man who had been shot in both of his legs.

The victim was taken to Temple Hospital in critical condition.

Investigators say the incident was captured on police crime cameras.

That video showed four people fleeing the shooting.
