LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Mix of clouds and sun this afternoon which will determine how far we climb into the upper 70s and lower 80s. Spotty showers will be possible at any point but widespread coverage is not expected.

The radar lights up with clusters of showers and thunderstorms rolling in late evening and overnight. Some could be locally heavy at times.

Early showers and storms likely with a brief lull for the lunch period before the next round fires into the late afternoon and evening. That second round looks to contain the greatest risk for flash flooding and strong wind gusts in a few cases.
